1. What types of labels and stickers can you produce?

Philiton manufactures a full range of custom labels and stickers including paper, vinyl, PET, holographic, and eco-kraft options. Our categories cover product, shipping, barcode, cosmetic, food, beverage, wine, candle, and garment labels. Each type can be customized by size, shape, color, and finish — matte, glossy, clear, or textured. Whether you need industrial barcode tags, luxury foil-stamped labels, or retail stickers with UV coating, we can match your requirements precisely.


2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design, allowing small businesses and eCommerce sellers to order flexibly. We believe quality branding shouldn’t require large commitments. For larger corporate orders, we offer quantity-based discounts and custom packaging options. MOQ may vary slightly by material or special process (e.g., hologram or embossed foil), but we always try to accommodate trial runs or pilot orders to help you validate quality first.


3. How long does sampling and production take?

Regular samples are completed within 3–5 working days, while complex or multilayer designs may take 5–7 days. Urgent “express” samples can be ready within 12 hours. After sample approval, bulk production usually takes 7–20 days depending on order volume and finishing techniques. Every project is tracked with a clear timeline and digital proofing to ensure on-time delivery.


4. Can I get free samples before confirming the order?

Yes. We provide free standard samples so you can check print quality, adhesion, and finish. If your order involves unique die-cuts or custom foils, we charge a small setup cost (around US$20) that’s fully refundable once the bulk order is placed. All samples are shipped via DHL or FedEx with tracking numbers for fast inspection.


5. What printing technologies do you offer?

We use a combination of UV printing, hot foil stamping, embossing/debossing, screen printing, holographic laser, lamination, and heat transfer. Each method serves different purposes — UV for vibrant color, foil for luxury appeal, screen print for texture, and hologram for security. We’ll recommend the best technique depending on your brand style, budget, and durability needs.


6. Which materials are available for label production?

Our materials include matte/glossy paper, transparent and opaque films (BOPP, PET, PVC), kraft brown and white hemp eco papers, and holographic foils. All adhesives are industrial-grade — waterproof, oil-resistant, and temperature-resistant. We also supply removable or permanent adhesives and can meet food-contact safety standards for packaging labels.


7. Do you support custom shapes and sizes?

Absolutely. Philiton’s die-cutting systems allow us to create any shape — round, oval, rectangle, hexagon, heart, or arched. Custom sizes are fully supported, whether you need small 1-inch logo stickers or large 10-inch product labels. We maintain ±0.2 mm cutting accuracy for perfect alignment in automatic labeling machines.


8. How can I submit my label design files?

You can send design files in AI, PDF, PSD, or CDR formats via email or online upload. Our in-house design team checks each file for bleed, color mode (CMYK), resolution, and cutting lines. If needed, we provide free layout adjustments and pre-print proofing. We also offer design assistance for clients without ready artwork — just share your concept or brand logo.


9. What are your available payment methods?

We accept PayPal, T/T bank transfer, credit card, Western Union, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. For large or repeat customers, we can offer flexible payment terms such as 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. All transactions are protected by official proforma invoices and export contracts for transparency.


10. Do you provide OEM and ODM services?

Yes. Philiton offers both OEM and ODM manufacturing. You can order under your own brand label or request complete private-label solutions — from design to packaging. Our R&D and design team will assist in logo layout, color consistency, and retail packaging. Many overseas distributors rely on us for long-term OEM cooperation.


11. How do you handle shipping and delivery?

We cooperate with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and global freight forwarders. Shipping options include EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP. For urgent orders, we recommend air freight (7–13 days). Sea freight is more economical for bulk shipments (20–40 days). Every parcel is securely packed in moisture-proof cartons with protective film and labeled for easy customs clearance.


12. What quality assurance systems do you follow?

All products are produced under ISO 9001 quality management and comply with REACH, RoHS, and FSC standards. Each batch undergoes color consistency tests, adhesion strength checks, and barcode readability validation. We record inspection data for traceability and provide digital photos before shipment. Quality consistency is one of Philiton’s strongest advantages.


13. Do you offer environmentally friendly options?

Yes, sustainability is a core part of our mission. We offer FSC-certified paper, biodegradable kraft, and solvent-free adhesive materials. Our inks are non-toxic, eco solvent, and compliant with EU environmental standards. We also encourage customers to choose recyclable packaging to reduce waste throughout the production chain.


14. How do you ensure accurate color matching?

We follow Pantone Matching System (PMS) standards for every project. Clients can send us Pantone codes, physical samples, or printed references. Our color calibration system ensures ±3% deviation. We also offer a Free Pantone Color Chart to help you visualize color options and ensure brand consistency across different product lines.


15. What if I receive defective or incorrect products?

If any product does not meet the approved specifications, simply contact our after-sales team within seven days. We provide free reprinting, partial refund, or replacement depending on the situation. Philiton stands behind every order — we inspect before shipment and pack with care, but if any issue occurs, we’ll solve it quickly and professionally.
